POLITICS: EU Referendum - Vote here!

It doesn't matter whether you want to be in the EU or not. The important factor is that democracy should decide. Gordon Brown thinks he knows better than asking the British people - unforgivable.

One more EU referendum petition for you to sign, it's the Sun newspapers'. Hardly the most arresting piece of literature but another popular voice for the cause non the less.

MTB: Penmachno trail in North Wales

What a fantastic trail this one is. Only 12 miles too. It's actually a little short on rocky technical challenges but there are some superb sections of flowing trail. One right in the middle and then the last section - it's so long I thought my arms were going to explode! If you haven't done this trail yet it is well worth the journey. Penmachno is located in Conwy County, North Wales (signposted on the A5 road 2 miles south of the popular inland tourist resort of Betws y Coed).

SCREENWRITING: Great podcast

Another great podcast I've been listening to lately is the Creative Screenwriting Magazine podcast. It's updated roughly once a week and takes the form of a Q&A between Senior editor Jeff Goldsmith and the guest after a screening of their feature. All the top Hollywood writers get a grilling and it's truly insightful to hear some of their stories. If you are interested in screenwriting, check it out here...
